10am,Learning to pray from Paul’s prayers”, based on Ephesians 1:15-23. Fiona Barnard will be preaching.

6:30pm, “Eating with the Lord”. Jason Sexton will be preaching. This service will include Communion.

Thank you: Christian Summer Camp, Romania: Thank you to everyone who has enabled teenagers to go to the four-day summer camp this month. If anyone still wants to contribute all or part of £65 per child, please contact Matthew Thornton marking donations ‘Mihai, Camp’ ( ).

Pastor Abi is on leave from 17th July to 7th August. During that time Pastor Paul Grinyer (07988 695600 or will cover for him for any emergency pastoral care.  Non-urgent pastoral care will be continue to be available through the pastoral care team ( Alternatively you may contact an elder or your pastoral visitor.

Transport Ministry: It is sometimes difficult to get to health care appointments, and this can bring added stress when facing health concerns. Help may be found within the church family – did you know that we have a list of drivers who are willing to be asked to help out? So, if you are anticipating an appointment and are unsure how to get there, we may be able to help you. ‘It shouldn’t happen to a Minister!’: Saturday 8 July 2023, 3pm, St Leonard’s Parish Church, Hepburn Gardens, St Andrews. Very Rev Dr Russell Barr is an engaging raconteur. Come along and be entertained by his amusing stories of his experiences and encounters in ministry. Followed by tea and scones. Admission free, with a collection in support of the Church of Scotland appeal for the project of its partner church, National Evangelical Synod of Syria and Lebanon, to rent homes for Syrians still homeless after February’s earthquake. 


Sunday: Give thanks to God for people you know/don’t know who have come to faith recently. Pray that they may continue to live in Christ, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith. Continue to pray for more people to come to faith and become followers of Jesus.

Monday: Give thanks to God for the gift of marriage. Pray for strong and healthy marriages for those who have been married for long time, the newlyweds and those soon to get married.

Tuesday:Give thanks to God for the gift of singleness or celibacy. Pray for strength of unmarried women/men who, whether by choice or for various reasons, find themselves in these circumstances which they may see as a unwanted gift.

Wednesday: Please pray for faith, strength and peace for widows and widowers as they grieve the loss of their loved one and struggle to learn to live without them.

Thursday: Please continue to pray for the St Andrews Children’s Holiday Club coming up next month.

Friday: Pray for all the Christian summer camps taking place in our nation, that people may encounter the Lord Jesus Christ whether for the first time or afresh.

Saturday: Please continue to pray for healing, strength and sustaining grace for those within/outwith our congregation who are struggling with ill health issues (whether physical or mental).

The morning service starts at 10AM, in-person & online, & includes creche & Beacons Kids’ provision. The evening service starts at 6:30PM.
