NOTICES:Transport Ministry: If you are struggling to get to church, or to healthcare appointments, email transport@standrewsbaptist.org.uk or leave a message on 07388 616629. The coordinator will get in touch with you, and we will do our best to help you where we can.

5 July no evening service: There will be a Young Life Summer Slam Commissioning service on Sunday 5 July in Cupar. Therefore, we will shift our evening service that Sunday to Cupar Old Parish Church to join YL and support them. So, there will be no evening service in our church on 5 July.

Proposed building plans for St Andrews Baptist Church: As you’ll hopefully be aware from the last QCM, the location working group is suggesting that we consider a renovation to our church building and Rose Lane Centre. At our next QCM on 17 June, we will present in detail: the results of our church survey, all the options we have investigated, initial architect plans and preliminary cost implications. Papers outlining these reports will be distributed to the church in the usual manner, prior to the QCM. At the QCM, we are seeking permission from members to progress plans to a stage where they can be costed by a quantity surveyor so that we can have an overall picture of the cost implications of each element, which will guide members in our decision-making moving forward.

There will be initial architect plans displayed in the Room Downstairs on: 24/5, 31/5, 7/6 & 14/6. Members of the working group will be present and available to answer questions.

We would appreciate that any questions arising be submitted to Philippa (philippa@standrewsbaptist.org.uk) prior to the QCM so that we can collate them for the meeting.

Best wishes, The Location Working Group

Children, Youth and Families Worker update: We are pleased to announce that we are now advertising for the full-time Children, Youth and Families Worker post! This is an important step in continuing to grow and strengthen our ministry with children, young people, and families within the life of the church and the wider community.
We would value the support of the church family in two particular ways:
• Please pray for the recruitment process, for wisdom for the search committee, and for the right person to be led to apply.
• Please consider sharing the church’s announcement posts on Facebook and Instagram and the application page from our website on your own social media or with anyone you think may be suitable for the role.
Further details can be found at: standrewsbaptist.org.uk/recruitment.
Deadline is 5pm TODAY (Friday 29 May 2026)

Every summer the churches in St Andrews work together to run a Holiday Club for children in P1- P7. This years club, “A tale of Two Kings”, will be held at the Cannongate Primary School Field from 11-14 August. There will be lots of fun games, songs, activities and great bible stories each day. We are looking for teen and adult volunteers who would like to help during the week of the club. If you are interested in volunteering please speak to Jenny Irwin, Margaret Sutherland or Caroline Rochford.
