Alongside the evening talks there will be a gin & jazz night one night, a poetry & art night, & a dessert night. Please pray for the events during the CU’s busiest time of the year! Please pray for the speakers as they travel & speak, for the events coordinator as she coordinates logistics etc of the week, & be praying that many people would hear about Jesus!

Energy bill discount: Over the winter many of us will receive a discount from the government to our energy bills. Some of us will need this help, & should accept it gratefully. Others may be able to afford the increased bills. In order to support those in our community facing hardship this winter, the church leadership would like to encourage those who do not need the discount to donate this amount to the Hardship Fund. If you feel called to support this ministry then please make a designated offering by the Offering Box or bank transfer, or speak to Matt (treasurer@standrewsbaptist.org.uk).
