PRAYER ITEMS FOR DECEMBER:
Sunday: Pray for all the services or Christian gatherings to be held today and the week starting tomorrow. Pray that we/those gathered may have life-changing encounters with Jesus.
Monday: Ask the Lord to show you one verse (or a scripture) from the Bible and pray that scripture back to God.
Tuesday: Pray for the weak among the Lord’s people, the doubting, the tempted, and the comfortless. Ask the Lord that they may be aware of His abiding and guiding presence among them.
Wednesday: Pray for those in darkness and who dare not draw close to the mercy-seat of the Lord, that the light of the Lord will shine upon them and the Lord, by the power of His Spirit, will draw them close to himself.
Thursday: Pray for unity and grace in the church, in abundance, from our Heavenly Father.
Friday: Prayerfully choose a country represented in our church, street or neighbourhood and pray for that country and the person(s) from that country. Ask the Lord to show you what to pray for.
