Focused on the Conflict in the Middle-East.
Sunday: Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, hope and security for the entire region of the Middle-East, that the Lord Jesus Christ be known and for the Israelis and Palestinians to experience life lived in peace and freedom with one another.
Pray for the God of all comfort to be with those who are grieving the loss of their loved ones both in our midst as well as in regions with conflicts and wars.
Tuesday: Pray for those who have been, and are being, wounded during the conflicts and for those providing medical assistance to them.
Wednesday: Give thanks to God for the hostages who have been released and pray for their healing from trauma. Also pray for the release of the remaining hostages and pray for mediators and peace-makers.
Thursday: Pray that Christians from around the world will unite in both prayer for peace in all the regions affected by conflicts and wars, as well as in demonstrating the love of Christ to all peoples.
Pray God to use us His church here in St Andrews as effective witness in and around our communities during this challenging time, through the power of the Holy Spirit and all for His glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus.
