Weekly Bulletin – 26 January 2025

A warm welcome to all who are worshipping with us this Sunday—whether you are with us in person, online or joining us over the telephone!
For Sunday service information, see below. You can access our services through our website (www.standrewsbaptist.org.uk)

This Sunday:
10am: David Moffitt will be preaching on “A passion for mission” based on John 2:13-25. This service will include Communion. If you are joining us online, please have your wine/juice and bread ready.
Special Collection: The Special Collection during the Communion service on Sunday 26 January will be for Storehouse. Storehouse is a foodbank serving our community of NE Fife. Since 2006 they have been giving out bags of food and toiletries to individuals or families who need help with supplies. Any one of us could fall on hard times, and so we think it is really important that as a local community we are able to lend a hand to support each other through it. We want to share God’s love and care for those in need in our community.
6:30pm: Philippa Cook will be speaking on “How is Jesus’ prayer speaking to us?”.
Rooted (P7–S2) and Impact (S3–S6) Youth Groups: 6:30-8pm and every Sunday. For details or to sign up, parents email rooted@standrewsbaptist.org.uk or impact@cornerstonestandrews.org

PRAYER ITEMS FOR JANUARY:
Pray as the Spirit leads you – is there someone in particular brought to mind today? Maybe you could pray for the church leadership team, for rest after a busy time over Christmas and New Year? Or is there an event in our community that you could be prayerfully supporting? Is there an ongoing global issue that stirs your heart? Bring everything to God in prayer and pray maranatha – come, Lord Jesus.

The morning service starts at 10am, in-person and online, and includes crèche and Beacons Kids’ provision. The evening service starts at 6:30pm.
