10:00: “Christ expected: final judge” (Rev. 20:1-15). Abi Ngunga will be preaching. 

18:30: Praise & Prayer evening. Paulus de Jong will be leading worship, with a devotion by Janice Ross.

Christmas Curry & Quiz Night!!: 7-9PM @ St Andrews Bowling Club (1 Pipeland Road, St Andrews). Booking has closed for this event.

Next Sunday:

10:00: “God is here!” (Isaiah 40:9 & John 1). Paulus de Jong will be preaching. This service will include Communion.

18:30: Joint Worship Service with Cornerstone. Benjy Wang will be leading worship.


Pilgrim Care (Parish Nursing) AGM will be on Tuesday 22nd November at 19:00 at the St David’s Centre / Community Hub. Speaker: David Harrison. Refreshments provided. All welcome! 

The Church Annual Meeting is on Wednesday 30th November 2022 at 7:30PM in person in the Fellowship Room. The reports for the meeting have been sent out with the weekend email but some copies are also available in the church.

The following have been nominated & will be brought to the Annual Church Meeting to be considered for election/re-election as follows: Deacons: Cameron Bathgate, Peter Cook, Stephen Evans, Tony Jeavons, David Maggs. Elders: Tamara Knudson, David Moffitt, Tricia Tooman.

Energy bill discount: Over the winter many of us will receive a discount from the government to our energy bills. Some of us will need this help, & should accept it gratefully. Others may be able to afford the increased bills. In order to support those in our community facing hardship this winter, the church leadership would like to encourage those who do not need the discount to donate this amount to the Hardship Fund. If you feel called to support this ministry then please make a designated offering by the Offering Box or bank transfer, or speak to Matt ( 

Prayers for the week:

Today: Let’s rejoice with the unnumbered brothers & sisters in Christ all over he world for the privilege we have to worship the Lord freely & publicly. Pray for endurance & strength for persecuted Christians who do not have such a privilege.

Monday: Give thanks to the Lord for all His goodness to us & for all He has spoken to us & done for us, & through us over the weekend.

Tuesday:Pray for those (you know & don’t know) who are most affected by the rising cost of living & the war in Ukraine.

Wednesday: Give thanks to the Lord for the many Ukrainian who are coming to faith in the Lord & for all the churches serving in Ukraine.

Thursday:Pray for those within our Fellowship who are becoming frail & those who for are going through health challenges.

Friday: Pray for the Children’s ministry & the Students ministry in our church (& churches in town), that the Lord continues to work through them.

Saturday: Pray for the Christian witness at the Curry & Quiz night this evening & the other outreach opportunities leading up to Christmas.

To join in church services & prayer meetings by telephone: Dial 0131 460 1196. When prompted for your Meeting ID, enter 726 034 6887 followed by the # key. You will be prompted for a Participant ID; just enter the # key again. When prompted for a password enter 777 followed by the # hash key. You will be connected to the meeting / service. (It is possible you will be given a different Meeting ID by the person arranging the meeting. If so, use the Meeting ID number you are given).

To join in online with video: Go to & follow the instructions given to join Zoom & download the APP(lication).

The morning service starts at 10:00, in-person & online, & includes creche & Beacons Kids’ provision. The evening service starts at 18:30.
