THE SANCTUARY COURSE is designed to raise awareness & open up conversations in local churches regarding mental health. It looks at psychological, social, & theological aspects through film, art & discussion. In keeping with our vision priorities, we plan to run this 8 week course on Wednesday afternoons this summer, commencing 1st June. If you would like to attend, or wish more information, please speak to Jane Harrison or Fiona Barnard. (Initial numbers will be limited).
Micah – walk no.4 at Blebo: Now that the days are longer, & the weather milder, perhaps you might fancy a walk? A leaflet is available for one of a series of walks that Anne & Allan have kindly compiled & we’d love to know what you think of walk no.4. Perhaps it will be a solitary walk, or a walk with friends. Either way, we hope you enjoy God’s world & you feel blessed & refreshed. Please let us know at email@example.com
If you have registered as a potential sponsor for a Ukrainian refugee, or wish to help refugees accommodated locally in other practical ways (e.g. befriending, help with English) please let Jane Harrison know, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.
Donated items for Romania: Quality items (summer clothes, shoes, bedding, kitchen, toys, electrical etc) are being collected throughout May for Mihai’s charity shop in Calarasi, Romania. Clothing / bedding also are given to the very poor & unsold items are handed on to other charities working with the poor. Thank you for your support towards Mihai’s Christian outreach with the children & teenagers in his local community. Thank you, Allyson McGregor.
50 Days of Prayer: Praying with Jesus’ last words: from Easter to Pentecost. Each week, we plan to offer a reflection & some prayer themes. We would love the whole church to join in our photo project! So look out for photo opportunities around Fife which connect with the week’s text. Be prayerfully creative!!! Upcoming passages are: Week 7 (29/5): “Go & make disciples of all nations…” (Matthew 28:16-20). Send your images to: email@example.com by Tuesday evening.
