Next Sunday – Special Collection: The Special Collection during the Communion service on Sunday 26 January will be for Storehouse. Storehouse is a foodbank serving our community of NE Fife. Since 2006 we have been giving out bags of food and toiletries to individuals or families who need help with supplies. Any one of us could fall on hard times, and so we think it is really important that as a local community we are able to lend a hand to support each other through it. We want to share God’s love and care for those in need in our community.
6:30pm: Philippa Cook will be preaching on “How is Jesus’ prayer speaking to us”.
NOTICES:
Transport Ministry: If you are struggling to get to church, or to healthcare appointments, email transport@standrewsbaptist.org.uk or leave a message on 07388 616629. The coordinator will get in touch with you, and we will do our best to help you where we can.

Alpha 2025! Do you have a friend or family member you would like to introduce to the Christian faith? If so, why not invite them to an Alpha course where they can discuss the big questions of life in an informal and relaxed environment? The course starts on Monday 27th January, 6:30-8:30pm and runs for 8 weeks. Dinner included. For more information please see Philippa or Peter Cook (alpha@standrewsbaptist.org.uk).
PRAYER ITEMS FOR JANUARY:
Pray as the Spirit leads you – is there someone in particular brought to mind today? Maybe you could pray for the church leadership team, for rest after a busy time over Christmas and New Year? Or is there an event in our community that you could be prayerfully supporting? Is there an ongoing global issue that stirs your heart? Bring everything to God in prayer and pray maranatha – come, Lord Jesus.
The morning service starts at 10am, in-person and online, and includes crèche and Beacons Kids’ provision. The evening service starts at 6:30pm.
Items for the bulletin:Items for the bulletin should be emailed to bulletin@standrewsbaptist.org.uk (or leave a message on the church answer machine, 01334 472285) (by Wednesday 6pm)
